Jenta's Place in the South of Johannesburg

Having discovered a desirable piece of land in South Johannesburg, Jenta Purchased, zoned and sub-divided a 4 000m2 plot into six portions. Two of the stands were consolidated to create one double-sized plot. Each unit was masterfully designed by an expert architect to provide a functional home combined with aesthetic beauty.

These low maintenance, face-brick, lock-up-and-go units are ideal for city living where escaping to the country on weekends is made easy. As its first major project, Jenta sold these five full-title units off plan with building contracts and then managed every aspect from design and construction, through to interior finishes and landscaping

Silver Beach in Port Edward

Set on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, Silver Beach in Port Edward is an idyllic retreat boasting beaches that are flawless and peaceful.

From the panoramic vistas to the salty-sea breeze, these four luxury sectional-title units represent one of Jenta’s key projects. Each unit has been designed by renowned architectural team, Theunnisen Jankowitz Architects – masterminds of Zimbali Lodge. Having developed all 4 units simultaneously, Jenta was fully immersed in the project from securing council and town planning approvals to the final completion of the project.

Structurally sound, this home based in northern Sandton, Gauteng was stripped down to its basic structure. Through the establishment of a construction and design task team Jenta designed a home that is a true reflection of an exclusive lifestyle.

Through hands-on management, Jenny managed the entire project, providing specialised consult from drawing stages to interiors and landscaping.
